By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift card with Fresh & Friends, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments
Punctuality
It is important to arrive on time for your appointment, with a maximum of 15 minutes late. If you arrive late, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day that is more convenient for you, to avoid inconveniences with clients after you.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you find another available time.
Refunds
We do not offer money refunds. However, we are happy to reschedule your appointment or use the amount already paid to reserve another service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for the amount purchased and can be used for any service. Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash.
Liability
Fresh & Friends is not responsible for any personal belongings left at our facility. Please keep your valuables with you during your visit.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
